Toms River Babysitter Charged in Shaken Baby Death of Toddler

Freehold–Michelle A. Heale, 44, of Toms River, was charged today with the murder of a 14-month old child, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni announced.
