Little Egg Harbor Police Blotter
On 01-09-13, Amy Zinze, age 30 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was arrested on Cedarbrook Ln. due to a $25,000 warrant for theft out of the Little Egg Harbor Twp. Municipal Court. The warrant was issued following a theft investigation by Detective Sergeant Jeff Martin. Zinze was transported to the Ocean County Jail in default of bail, Patrolwoman Tonya Anderson was the arresting officer, assisted by Patrolman Matthew Kline.
On 01-10-13, James St. John, age 25 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic syringes. St. John had a no bail warrant out of the Ocean County Sherriff’s Department and was observed by police at the Mystic Wawa. St. John was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and hypodermic syringes after being placed under arrest for his warrant. St. John was issued a summons and turned over to the Ocean County Sherriff’s Department in default of bail, Corporal Chris Arciniegas was the arresting officer.
On 01-10-13, John Sauer III, age 29 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 9. Sauer had a $500.00 warrant out of the Pleasantville Municipal Court. Sauer posted bail and was later released, Patrolman Thomas McAnney was the arresting officer.
On 01-14-13, Jeremy Somers, age 19 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was arrested on Falcon Dr. due to a $483.00 warrant out of the Little Egg Harbor Twp. Municipal Court. Somers was also found to be in possession of Alprazolam pills which were not prescribed to him and drug paraphernalia. Somers was issued a summons for possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and released on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Patrolman Kevin Hogan was the arresting officer.
On 01-14-13, Justin Toth, age 32 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was arrested on Center St. due to a $400.00 warrant out of the Stafford Twp. Municipal Court. Toth was also found to be in possession of heroin, hypodermic syringes, and drug paraphernalia. Toth was issued a summons for possession of CDS, hypodermic syringes, and drug paraphernalia. Toth was turned over to the Stafford Twp. Police Department in default of bail and transported to the Ocean County Jail. Corporal Chris Arciniegas was the arresting officer.
On 01-14-13, Mark Mascitelli, age 19 of Tuckerton was arrested on Frog Pond Rd. due to a $883.00 warrant out of the Tuckerton Borough Municipal Court. Mascitelli was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date, Patrolman Kevin Hogan was the arresting officer.
On 01-15-13, John Levance, age 39 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was arrested at the Mystic Islands Casino due to several outstanding warrants. Levance had warrants out of the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department, Little Egg Harbor Twp., and Sayerville Courts. Total bail was $97,031, he was transported to the Ocean County Jail in default of bail. Corporal Chris Arciniegas was the arresting officer, assisted by Patrolman Matthew Kline.
On 01-15-13, Alyssa Clay, age 24 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. and James Robinson, age 33 of Tuckerton Borough were arrested on Mathistown Rd. following a motor vehicle stop. Both were occupants inside a vehicle which was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. Further investigation revealed both were in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Clay was also in possession of hypodermic syringes and had an outstanding $289.00 warrant for her arrest out of Little Egg Harbor Twp. Municipal Court. Clay was charged with possession / distribution of CDS, possession of hypodermic syringes, possession of drug paraphernalia, and bail was set at $50,000. Robinson was charged with possession / distribution of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and bail was set at $25,000. Both were transported to the Ocean County Jail in default of bail. Patrolman Joseph Falkiewicz was the arresting officer, assisted by Lieutenant Troy Bezak, Patrolman Eric Nelson, and Patrolman Thomas McAnney.
On 01-15-13, Jermey Somers, age 19 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Police observed Somers walking on Falcon Dr. and acting in a suspicious manner. As police made contact with Somers, he attempted to conceal the paraphernalia by dropping it next to a police vehicle. Somers was placed under arrest and later released on a summons. Corporal Chris Arciniegas was the arresting officer.
