Pedestrian Struck in Stafford Township

STAFFORD–On Wednesday, Stafford Township Police responded to an accident on Lighthouse Drive at approximately 4:30 pm where a vehicle had struck a pedestrian. According to police, the pedestrian was jogging and attempted to cross the road when he was struck by a passing vehicle. The pedestrian, a student at Southern Regional High School was transported to Jersey Shore Medical Center for treatment of a head injury. Police ask any witnesses to contact 609-597-1189.
