SEASIDE HEIGHTS–On Friday, after the first full week of construction, crews from Buterick Bulkheading of Manahawkin had installed piles for the new board here north past Hamilton Avenue. Buterick told the Ocean Signal on Monday that they were approximately 25% complete with their part of the project to install the piles, which serve as the foundation of the new boardwalk.
